Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Agent fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
